Cross Tiber Pathways
Through analysis of pedestrian movement along the Tiber River between Piazza Navona, St. Peters Basilica, and Hadrain’s Mausoleum, it was determined that new urban pathways could enhance the public experience along the Tiber River.
The erosion of the river wall helps reconnect Rome with the Tiber by replacing the existing barriers with a system of tiered pathways, gardens, and public spaces designed for various functions.
